Dr. Robin Kroll

Dr. Robin Kroll is a Clinical Psychologist in independent practice with offices that serve Chicago as well as suburbs in Cook and Lake Counties. She has a special concentration in law enforcement, addiction and trauma, neurofeedback, clinical hypnosis, and EMDR. Board Certified in Police and Public Psychology, Dr. Kroll is the owner of BRAVE: Police and Public Safety Wellness Center (Chicago) and the Kroll Institute for Resiliency & Integrity. She works with police officers and other first responders in individual, group, and family settings for issues related to addiction, mood disorders, family and work-related matters, critical incidents and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. She is also experienced in fitness-for-duty evaluations and assessments, police arbitration, and expert testimony.

Dr. Kroll speaks at police and public safety conferences and implements stress management seminars for law enforcement agencies. She also consults with law enforcement agencies and assists with developing Officer Wellness programs. Additionally, Dr. Kroll facilitates a dual diagnosis group program for officers who struggle with alcohol and substance addiction and other co-occurring issues, a critical incident first responders’ group, and a general law enforcement meet-up group that discusses current and on-going issues in policing.
